Payment Policies
shopcelebrity.net accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal payment options.  

Phone Orders
You can place your order by phone by calling us at (281) 360-0019.  Your credit card is charged when your phone order is placed.  If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave your name and phone number so that we can call you back. 

Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Ordering Items
When you order an item on ShopCelebrity.net, this product is reserved especially for you. Your credit card is charged when you place your order.  Celebrity ships your order to you as soon as it arrives in our store (if not already in stock). All of our delivery dates are approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over our manufacturer's production schedules or inventory. Celebrity will refund your credit card if we cannot fill your order.

Shipping Policies
All items in stock will process and "begin shipping" within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. If the item is not in stock we will contact you asap with the expected date of delivery. We will also contact you when the item has shipped.

All shipments are shipped UPS ground with no signature required upon receipt unless otherwise specified by customer via a phone call to Celebrity (281) 360-0019.  Celebrity shipments are sent to addresses only, no PO Boxes.  We currently do not ship outside of the United States.  In addition, we currently do not ship to the states of Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Costs 
$10.00 Shipping Cost for all website orders.

Return Policies
No Refunds.  Exchange for store credit within 7 days of your tracked delivery date if the item(s) purchased are returned in their orignial and re-sellable condition.  If you need to make an exchange you must first be granted Return Approval.  Returns will not be processed without prior approval.  To be granted Return Approval, email us using our contact page or email bhutchinson@cebridge.net within 7 days of your tracked delivery date.  No returns/exchanges will be allowed after 7 days of your tracked delivery date.

Return Approval
Returns will not be processed without prior return approval, please email us using our contact page or bhutchinson@cebridge.net before returning any merchandise to receive authorization for your return.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still on, and returned items must be unused.  Celebrity reserves the right to refuse any return.

Before shipment to you, all items in your order are thoroughly inspected to make sure all items are in perfect condition.  Therefore, we do not accept returns on merchandise that has been damaged.

Exchange Shipping Charges
A flat fee of $8.00 will be charged for exchange shipping.  We will not refund exchange shipping charges.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We suggest you use an insured shipping method that can be tracked.

Undergarments
All sales of undergarments are final sales.

Sale Items
All sales of sale items are final sales.
